I've had such a lovely couple of days that I think it's time for a drink.
<pours tea> Oh yes, that's about all I can manage these days! Even my (limited) ability to drink fizzy has gone walkabouts at the moment. I am hoping it's because I still have the remnants of my cold from last week, otherwise the world will be spinning on a different axis!
I am sooooo excited about my invitation - I've just been looking at the photos from last year's equivalent and there are some seriously famous people there!!!!
Pops in. Hoovers and Dusts. Shuts the curtains, hangs banners and leaves a magnum of belated but very chilled Fizz on the side plus nibbles and cakes cos..............
Foxy has finally run a marathon. For anyone who has had their head in a bucket of sand in the last few days:
Brighton Rocked! 4:01:28,
following on from my sub 1:50 HM PB at Reading HM 2 weeks before and a respectable 1:27 at the local Easter10.
Well done Foxy ... on the mara as well as the cleaning.
You did a stonking Brighton and must be chuffed to bits with the time
I leave for London tomorrow lunchtime (thank you for the feck up Flybe I should have been on the morning flight) so will see you all on Sunday if not before.
