I just whip it up,bung it in the micro, bit of sugar and wolf it down!

I'm always half asleep in the morning so probably wouldn't fully appreciate the specialness of the delicacy you have mentioned.

Maybe when I become a morning person i'll try it!

Will now have goats cheese panninis for brekkie [a kind of SANDwhich!], and then off to the carnival to drink beer and win a goldfish!!

    Hello there people,

Day off yesterday as I did not finish things until 11pm. Not as I intended. Nevermind.

Poppy, I guess I was cirtinly short on water. Additonaly yesterday I ate

    1 x bowl of Jordans C.C.
    500ml orange juice
    1/2 cup of coffee
    1 low fat yoghurt
    1 bananna

There is not much flud in there really. I do however seem to be maintaining weight so I can't be eating too little suerly ? I will however use tomorrows race as an excuse to stack-up.

Probably small run and Gym today I reckon. Plan for tomorrow is jog round and enjoy a day out.

    Start of.

  • Where the hell did I (not) learn to spell ! CITAINLY make my fair share of mishtakes.

  • Yup, that’s for certain.

    No shaddow of a dout.
  • Can I ask what flud is?Does it make you run faster? If I start taking flud now will it mean I get a sub-3 2007 FLM?

Suerly too much flud though could be bad for you?

Additonaly, flud has been proven to suerly help you in some ways.

How bored am I in work?

Thanks Guys much appreciated and needed !!

    Right PB is 1.49 on a flattish course(Reading 2004)

So anything under 1.55 will be okay
    1.50 very happy

Anything under 1.50 involves me fainting on floor also means someone swapped places with me:-)

  • Say No to Geeks & Freaks ?

    (roll on Dec 28th!!)

    Good luck today Poppy!

  • Evening All,

(Ho yusss, < bends knees >, whassallthisthen)

1:46 on the Glos 1/2 with little or no effort. Helped pace someone I came upon up to mile 10. Got wet. Very Wet. Flat course with a couple of mild undulations.

I was proceeding in an easterly direction when ......
  • Well done Alex!Excellent time considering your "little or no effort"!You could have done 1:30 then if you'd tried a little bit ;-)

Well done WP.1:50:36.So very happy then according to the key that you gave above!

    Results are here : -

  • Hi there Jen,

Don't know about 1:30, but I reckon I could knock a fair slice off this without a problem. I think the pace I ran it was about right for a 3:30 marathon attempt.

All my hills are paying off as I was (especially after mile 10 when I was running on my own) zooming past loads of people on them.

Drunk 1.5 pints of bitter and a glass of wine last night (I normally don't drink) and feeling terrible today. Stomach feels raw & bloated. Most unpleasant. Never again.
  • Oh dear,that's not good.I haven't had a drink for about a week now,am doing well!

Looking forward to tomorrow night,my dad is coming down as well to have a bash. He's trying to beat his PB of 24:30.
