Oh its not the swimming that bothers me, its drills-just going back to an earlier argument on the swim drills vs volume thread-look it up if you are bored. If we do drills i will go at the back i reckon-no good at sprinting. Knocked out another 70 mins ish 4km in the pool again today though, so if we can just do a set of 1 x 4000m that would be great!

Hi, hope you're all looking forward to the w/e. If anyone wants a Coniston entry you can have mine so long as you clear it with the organisers prior to the start. I'm staying in Coniston Fri night so can pass it on Sat am if necessary.

It's been about 5 decades since I stayed in a YHA in this country. Does one still have to take ones own plates, cutlery etc?

I've just heard from Anna with an update on Mark's.
He's doing ok and expects to be home from hospital tomorrow but won't be able to make the weekend.

He has sent me the swim sets along with appologies for not being able to make it.

To make up for it he has suggested he runs us a swim clinic at Warwick one saturday. When he is feeling a bit better I'll arrange a date with him and let you know the details.

Lindi - thanks for bringing me cleat covers - I had sent Mr D out to get me some yesterday but he couldn't find any.

I'm trying to get some new cleats too, but can't get the grey ones. Is it better to get the ones with more or less float??
