RB06 - I'm aiming to finish to be honest, had a horrible last run tonight grrr. I've been following the run / walk plan for the FLM so will be sticking to my 5mins run 1min walk as thats what I'll be doing at the FLM.
I'll be starting with KK to begin with at least so could meet you there - I think you'll be starting in the same area as us :-p
I'm packing teeshirt and short AND tights and goretex/windstop gear. I'll decide on sunday which is more appropiate. As someone said before, I'll be at the end of the field where most people have allready trodden past so the snow clearing will have been done for me.
I will not be able to check back on here until after the race. I have decided to stay a bit closer on saturday night (only 50 miles away). As a 220 mile drive very early in the morning on the race day would not be good for my planned race pace.
Hello all i've read the weather forcast and it says 1c min 7c max so it might not be to bad theres no mention of snow just overcast. Did a quick 3 mile tonight and felt a bit tired but you always tend to raise the game come race day so fingers crossed we should all do better than expected. I'm going to try and stick with 8 min mile pacer staying off the beer saturday(oh the sacrifices)all the best to everyone' Does anyone know how many are running this year i've heard figures around 6500 so it should be a decent turn out.
Cath....Im getting there thnx.......her father came to see me a gave me a good talking too (butt kicking) got out twice this week feeling better looking forward to blackpool in june hope snow stays off for you guys.. I will try and come down give you some support but there is no way im even going to attempt it
Sorry to butt in, a group of us from Bangor Uni are joining you guys tomorrow too though are running legs are certainly a bit worse for wear right now :oP
Anyway, was just wondering does anyone know where i can find last years results for this race??
we just want to see if we're going to be coming last....probably haha

Hi Tizzy - can't find results anywhere - think they may have been removed in advance of adding the new ones :-(
never mind we'll just have to set new 'slowest time' records then :oP
hope everyone has a good race!
Hope they do lemsip.
See you all at the tent?
Red Top and Number 1275
I've had a virus and got a dodgy hamstring but I've decided to run anyway - no chance of a pb though!
