HW I agree. I am overweight or fat whichever description you want to use, this is a fact. If I can change this by different food, better exercise etc then great. But I am obese and to try and hide this with words is wrong.
All food is good until consumed in the wrong quantities with no exercise.
Otherwise it will be tomorrow before you get answer
Fiona, obese is just a factual descriptive word with no emotional meaning whatsoever.

My body is obese, but I cannot help that. I am doing all I can to change, my emotional state is still as good (or bad?) as it was when I am thin.
I am still a human being, I just weigh more.
