Morning, I seem be less bothered about hunger in the morning. I make up for this with a vengance of an evening. Butter- how does it fit soo many calories into such a small volume?
Is it wrong to have two breakfasts? Probably due to the increase in training, I'm having toast/cereal at home then more cereal when I get to work.....am I turning into a Hobbit?
Mmm full English In the almost 2 years I've been at this office I've only succumbed once to the temptation of a full English in the cafe that's a whole minute's walk away.....of course, now that FB's put that thought in my mind.....
the full English in the Holmes Pierrepoint caff the morning after Outlaw......feck me, even I didn't finish it. it was VAST!! have never been defeated by a brekkie before...
I was just bemoaning the lack of junk food here, and then remembered that amongst my TCR goodies is a chocolate and toffee flapjack style energy bar. That and a cuppa should help me along.....
mouse - just use tweetdeck. I post all my twitter posts via tweetdeck on my PC and phone - as you say, it shortens link automatically (if set in settings)
otherwise there are various sites like bit.ly which will create the shortened link for you which you can then post
I am beginning to despise the cake / biscuit tin here. When I explained to my dad the reason for my extra weight (which he'd so kindly pointed out to me) was that there was a snack tin that sits between my desk and everything that I need to get to in this office, he said "you don't have to eat them"
At home I just don't have biscuits, and I only have cake when I make it. I just don't do temperance when it comes to sugary snacks.
I have several breakfasts, just put them all in one bowl. Cheerios, Dorset Cereals Fantastically Fruity Muesli, Rachel's vanilla yoghurt, and milk. MMmmmmmmmmmmm.
Mousie - tinyurl.com. Just copy the long URL into a li'l box and press the button and it squidges it all up and out pops a nice neat li'l URL jus' right for Twitter.
FeFe - I find a thick slice of home made bread, toasted, has an infinite capacity for absorbing butter. It's very scientific, atchly, how a 100 calorie slice of bread can become a 3,500 calories slice of toast.
Holly - I'm exactly the same as you. I even end up eating my bike foods if they are in the house (things like oreos) and so have to buy very late in the week.
I cannot have snackable food in my house else it gets snacked within a day of purchase. I do manage to resist my cupboard of bars/gels etc, though my mom has admitted to trying a few and exclaimed her dislike/blandness of some energy bars.

Morning!
I seem to have morphed into coughing and snotting being my default state now. Very tedious.
Aaaanyway, spending today pottering around the flat sorting my stuff out and then preparing for tomorrow's workshops - my last until April.
Morning
Been at my desk since 8 again. Next week is the last week of early mornings and late nights. Getting a bit bored of it to be honest. And getting fat.

Mornig eejits (and Jj)

Yes.
Hope that helps.
not wrong to have 2 breakfasts provided both are full English.....
I'm filling my post-breakfast/pre lunch gut rumbles with apples
FF - butter - I could eat a tub on it's own.
Hmm....my feet ARE getting bigger......

Nom nom.
I frequently have two brekkies....
I want a fry up now!
Maybe that will cure the lurgy?!
No
I have just had the one breakfast and the Hobbit has just gone out without eating any!
On twitter - how do you make the links short? (I don't use tweetdeck on the laptop which does it automatically, so I'm told).

I never used to buy biscuits or crisps so I am having to be very strict with myself these days
My name is UltraCas and I haven't had a Creme Egg for 13 days

since when have you become a Yank??
Mom, I dont know why but thats the way I say it, I also eat left handed (though am right handed).
Nooooo idea why. My sister and I both call her that.
Daddy was Paps. Short for Papa. (Irish pappa, not posh puhpar, lol)
I ran a little run. It would have been fine, if my lungs were working. Kept HR low but still breathless. Irritating.
Well done for the effort, tho, Ditchy.
My Mum has morphed into 'Mother' of late.
I'm hateful - I don't snack. Or have an especially sweet tooth. I can't eat a whole bar of chocolate. I do eat about 6 meals a day though!
