So - cut to the chase. Are you going to actually do any running tomorrow Rio, or just spectate. You said earlier that once some of your women have been running, they are 'buzzing', whatever that means. Did you include yourself in that statement?

Whether I am buzzing or not depends on where I have run, who with and how knackered I am.
Strangely enough the harder I have run the more I buzz!
