I had something of a restless night Ginger - but sometimes that happens, it'll settle quite quickly in my experience.
In partnership with DryJanuary, I'm doing Jantastic and the 30 day legs and abs challenge. If all goes to plan I should be feeling fab-u-lous by the 31st January and not want to go back to 'do I have to' mornings
I'm in! Good time to do it as running the Seville marathon on 23rd Feb. If I enjoy it too much I might extend it until then but for now committing to Jan.
Yes indeed I am, Huge, it's such a wonderful country for sports. We have 3 x 50m swimming pools within 10km of our house! Tonight Long John Silver and I spent 2 hours at the local fitness center, the first hour in an exercise class and the 2nd in a spin bike class - we each got a free ticket for a whole week at the center, whatever we want to do, take a bunch of classes or just use the equipment.
Morning all. still finding things ok. I found Friday evening slightly dull but didn't struggle my sister normally comes for her tea every Saturday night and brings a bottle of white and red wine. I'm going to let her and stash them! It'll not be a struggle having stuff in the house (there is still leftover NYE stuff here.) I'm dieting too (holiday in 8 weeks) so I've got my game face on
had another bad night though. Hope I'll get sleeping well soon.
Another day firmly under the belt then. Sat here with a cup of tea knowing that tomorrow I'll feel a lot better than most Sunday mornings! Hope everyone else is ok?

I'm in, except for Sunday when I have my postponed Xmas dinner (working over Xmas).
Day two almost in the bag then. Support available by the bucketload Dragon. May well need some back in this direction!
Day one mostly done. no bother. I got loads of herbal teas in and lots of fizzy waters. The weekend might be more difficult.

Evening all. Didn't go to party which in one way was good.
Friday night with rugby on TV - no ale on the go - seems strange but not missing it per se.
next week will no doubt be tougher after a full week in work!
Just watched Saints game with no beer! Strange but good feeling.
