Since i've started running my bums getting smaller and smaller and flatter and flatter, so much so im actually contemplating giving up running. I don't know what to do ive read online that its ment to make it bigger and more shapely but for me its making it like a pancake ! I do weighted squats and deadlifts and all that but its not helping..
Why is it making it so flat and shapeless..?!

I now exactly what you mean. Mine is alot smaller, but also much flatter!!!!!!! Not a good look.
I may combine cycling, and Bikram Yoga into my routine.
Why worry? It's not you that has to look at it.
T.Mouse is right - cycle and off road hills. I'd also try a gym class like Body Pump - That will help shape your glutes

Barbell squats are great for increasing glute and thigh strength (and thus definition), but like any exercise the results aren't going to be instant. Perhaps switch from lighter weights and lower reps which most runners do (which is endurance focused) to more weight and less reps, (say between 5-8); and make sure you're going low enough (parallel or lower, but only if you're form is spot on) to make sure you're working your glutes when you're driving upwards.

If you're not liking losing weight and becoming more toned...simply stop, eat more junk food, and you'll ensure you have a butt so big you can actually see it yourself without needing a mirror
