Erm, in theory yes. Tho little miss has a friend sleeping over next Saturday ans Sunday is crammed with caroling and a concert. I just hope moo is much better.
How are you both? The party was fab so I'm flinging some delicious things your way. There's tasty food, cartons of juice, ice cream and soothing bath goodies
Urghh I feel dreadful ... but I have cottage pie in the oven and some asparagus and sugarsnap peas ready to be steamed
I was thinking of following a RW smartcoach training plan for the 10 miles in March, just realised I should start even though it's still 15 weeks away cos I need an asthma friendly gradual increase...the plan looks really gradual and setting my weekly mileage really low means it has a really do-able slow increase and I'm guessing I could always do a new one based on a higher weekly mileage if I make faster progress than anticipated. I am quite excited especially as it has lots of X training in so I can still gym.
In OCD news I bought a swimming costume (for an massive £8 from Wiggle) so I'm kitted out ready to attempt swimming next week now I think the food thing is controlled again (phew!) I suspect my first session should just be getting changed, walking barefoot in the changing room and trying to open the doors without having my sleeve to open them with ... no actual swimming at all (then I can retreat and just go to the gym!!) but if I'm able I'll dunk a toe in too .... gonna have to practice my 'oh goodness I've just remembered something important look for when I leg it out of the pool without actually swimming
I've got a couple of work surfaces to go but they should be fairly quick, although I should go through the cupboards. I'm nearly at the stage though of doing something creative like baking
Urghhhh erghhhh eewwwwwww EEWWWWWWWW loads of flies have got into the cupboard under the stairs from creepy neighbours revoluting tip unstairs. I just opened the door and a whole repulsive swarm emerged.
Off to buy fly paper tomorrow .... a massive big piece to stick creepy neighbour on
I feel sick! They seem attracted to light so hopefully I can open some windows and get the repulsive cretins out tomorrow ... I don't have enough spiders to cope. *adds venus fly trap to her birthday list*
I'd love a cat but I don't think this would be a good place to have one, no way to give them access to outside and too many cars with the doctors surgery next door and primary school behind.
I'll lend you my cats. Timmy and tom are very good at catching things, and tibbles gives excellent cuddles. 'oh', and Timmy sits with you if you are poorly or scared
