Should've done it in the championship start pen beforehand.
I can run at a very even pace and a few times in races I've had people latch on to me and run the last mile (or a few) with me and then say thank you or acknowledge that they were using my pacing at the end. All very slow people, obviously.

Yeah, don't worry about that. Now that I'm over 40, besides eating soup and pissing myself, staring at women's arses is just about all I do.
