At the moment I do not have one. I have been injured and am over weight and out of condition. You are right I need to commit to something, and start training on a slow build. Too late for The Nick Beer, now. I will have to go back to 10Ks. mind you i doubt I could do one tomorrow without screwing up my back.
As I said, slow build... it is just so difficult to readjust. It's so bad I have been going to spin classes before or after a treadmill run ( 2 or 3 miles). That saves me getting injured again, until I am stronger. I will be stronger!
