When do you think delivery will be?
Without wishing this to sound as it probably does Flyaway (and feel free to PM your response) - what size are you (I've shrunk recently and not quite got to grip with the reduction and would just like to know if I've over estimated the size I require). Thank you.
LMH... well, funny you should ask. I've been vascillating between ordering an XXXS and an XXS all afternoon. I've done some very strange contorsions with bits of string to try and measure myself. Probably quite amusing if there was anyone to see it. I think my current top is an XXS, but it doesnt fit "like a skin", like they say on the website, so I think its now a little big - its not at all difficult to get on and off, which I suspect is also a clue. Trouble is, its now really old, so I dont know if it's stretched. Also, I cut the label off ages ago, so I cant be completely sure.
In women's clothes, I'm a 6 - 8, depending on cut (and the shop!) and I dont have particularly large boobs. The thing that complicated the monaco is that its a man's item, so men's sizing.
So, for you, it probably depends how much you've shrunk by, and what your current (old) top size it. If you've lost quite a bit (ie a couple of UK clothing sizes) I would equate that to 2 LG kit sizes. I dont know what I'm basing that off really though, but going back to the fact it's a man's item, if you've lost off your chest, you may well need to go lower than a S.
It's tricky though. I'm basically borderline XXXS/ XXS so I dont know if I should go up or down. Kind of still going round in circles...
I'm going to stop waffling now.
Flyers - has the size washed or been cut out of your current top? I can send you an S if that might help in extrapolating sizes. Though that will still be several sizes out.
I could put a tape measure in the parcel too...
I cut the label out. Its definitely not a S. I really dont think its an XS either, I think it's an XXS.
Here's an idea - could you lay your S flat, and measure the width of it? I mean, from one armpit to the other, across the middle.

My old one is 36cm or so.
Further examination of the sizing chart leads me to believe that the men's XXXS is the same as the women's S. Does that help, LMH?

Ah, I'm the same regarding the label and age of top, think it was an xs but have lost a couple of inches and a cup size since. I guess slightly large is more useable than too small.
How closely do the shorts follow the sizing? Cause I depending on the brand for cycling shorts Im a 8/10 - i don't want them to be loose is xs the right sizing?
Are the shorts unisex/ based on men's sizing? I think an XS will be too small, personally.
Men's sizing. Im a bit funny with sizing - Im an 8 in DHB bibbed tights, a small in 2xu tri shorts - I also have a pair of altura bike shorts that are a 10 are too big for me. So I don't really know with mens sizing - I'd rather go smaller than larger.
I've got some DHB bibs that are 8s. If I was buying more Pirate shorts, I'd be going with S.
that surprises me flyaway because my mediums are too big now and were thinking of buying small.......
I would think you were way smaller than a small.......
