Thank you to all the runners and supporters for making Mudchute the success that it is. We couldn't do it without all of you. Maybe we will get to see some of you on the other side of the fence next year?
Dr. Dan I had to really look out for it...did manage to see it and even introduced myself but I was a little disappointed as they didn't recall my name
It is difficult to spot when you're running, there are so many other people around you it kind of blocks the view. I've run past it myself and missed it a few years ago.
Rose, sorry, I always panic completely when one of our runners arrives in case they are one of the ones who needs to be handed some gels quickly! I was probably scrabbling through our bag of things that people were expecting.
It was great seeing everyone on both sides of the fence yet again. What lovely weather - it meant I arrived in Oz with a comedy tan already in place so people don't think I've just arrived
I'll be doing the r*****g thing next year - one of the few perks of working for a charity!

was so nice to have some friendly faces to stop and say hello to - although I was rather so didn't need the gels in the end. thanks for being there.
(pace continued well - did 4h23 with a slight negative split, a PB after 11 years of trying to break 4h30 again!)
Thank you group 4, great to see you at mudchute. My back was so painful, finally finished in 5.55.45 just happy to finish

I will definitely be there - I've been handed gels and jelly babies 5 times now - I must owe someone something!
