Hi Guys,
Thanks for reading the post. I've just got a charity place for 2017 London Marathon - Ive run it before 3 times and never got a good time. Now this is mostly down to me - the wheels tend to come off at mile 19 and then I end up walking. But since my last marathon ive run a few ultras and have found a better fueling plan and I think I can do better this time. What I'm looking for is a great plan to get me a sub 4:30 finish. Anyone have any plans they would recommend?
Thanks!
