Congratulations on the promotion emzap - sorry to hear about your aunt.
Good news about the car postie - did you run today anyway?
Hope you're not too sore RFJ.
Glad that your friend had a god run Alehouse. I know that my fall shook my confidence.
We had a frost here this morning though it's nice and bright and due to warm up later. Physio said that my knees are getting there - though movement in the right one is still quite limited.
What: whatever I feel like once I'm out Why: playing it by ear Last hard: not crying at physio Last rest: 29/4
Lyrics - maybe.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.
Morning Ouch (again) RFJ. Maybe you should go out in a rubber suit (not that sort, stop laughing at the back...) what - easy lunchtime plus C25K coaching tonight why - recovery after 6x1km hilly loops yesterday / standing in last rest - 6/12 last hard - yesterday

possunt quia posse videntur - we can because we know we can
Afternoon! And a beautiful one at that! Off to Old Trafford to watch some cricket shortly.
What: worked the morning and given the weather decided on the above. Time, though, for a quick kilometre time trial.
Why: wanted a measure of where my training is, so took myself to Alexandra Park where there are accurate kilometre markers. Warmed up and ran hard. Exactly 4 minutes, which is the fastest I have seen for quite a few years. Would have been under but for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs, prams and the inevitable breeze. Reasonably pleased.
Good news, on the whole, LMH?
Cross post with Wabo: get well!
Progress is rarely a straight line. There are always bumps in the road, but you can make the choice to keep looking ahead.
Em: Sorry about Auntie but good news on promotion RFJ: Oh no not again! Dustin: LOL Wabo: I hope you start to fee lbetter soon Postie : Nice run commute and glad car fixed! LMH:That sounds good news from Physio and hope you had a good run
What: 6.70 miles this morning Why: Recovery Last hard: Sunday Lyrics: no But should have got yesterday's 2 degrees this morning it was cold but the sun has come out-)
ALF: Always a little further Miles makes smiles. Progression
On the whole Alehouse -we never recover as quickly as we'd like though do we? Very heartening to run your fastest km for a few years. There's life in you yet:-)
It warmed up nicely here too and being underemployed I was able to wait for it to do so before going out for my run. Legs/pace ween't great to start with but did get better - no idea what they'll do on Sunday.
Really hope you feel better soon Wabo. Please take care. Hope the cake baking/sale goes well.
That's a long streak you have going Dustin.
Nice recovery running Poppy.
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.
What 5.3 return commute (9.8 total) Why because I can Lyrics thought wrong
Will try and run before work as the return trip is rather tiring. Also have a busy afternoon tomorrow getting ready for a round trip to Yorkshire on Friday, 400ish miles and Mrs PP won't drive outside the ring road.
