Keep the faith SC. Any signs of improvement?
Beautiful day here too emzap. I find the trick to managing the hunger monster after long runs is to get a good instant refuel (so within half an hour of finishing) usually peanut butter on toast with an apple for me at the minute but when I couldn't face eating immediately I'd go for a banana and peanut butter shake or similar (just a few carbs and some protein) then eat your next meal as usual within two hours. LOL at your OH:-)
Did you have nice weather for your walk too Poppy? Grace wanted a long one this morning but it was only around four miles.
Hope work doesn't stop play too much OH.
Anyone any idea what's going on with the huge gap under the opening post? I've noticed it when Poppy was starting the thread too.
SC, keep strong resist the itch
LMH I noticed that gap last week, hope you had a good LSR

6 mile walk this morning I needed gloves but the sun was poking through then another 1.25 to village and back and hour on exercise back and rubbing of legs with The Stick...instrument of torture.
SC you are doing so well being patient I maybe on the Bench just as long we shall see.
Wabo: enjoy the run tonight:-)
Miles makes smiles.
Progression
5 miles yesterday when I got back and 4 today, started too fast today and paid the price. Should know better.
Hope everyone not running gets back to it soon.
