If anything back feels a little better for yesterday's long run - obviously I respond better to being beaten into submission. I hope I can get out of the car after my long drive today. Work stress may be partially resolved - looks as though I'm going to be leaving, not the solution I wanted and will bring it's own issues obviously but health and wellbeing are more important than money - to a point.

Another grey day here although yesterday was very much a day of two halves with a wet morning and a bright and sunny afternoon. Today's forecast is grey then wet, unfortunately.

Why: need to balance the return to running with various niggles. Left knee not entirely happy after yesterday's Pilates.
