Hi all. I’m just getting back into running after a long break. I know that a lot of my leg muscles and tendons are tight. I’m getting upper foot pain on one foot right on top of my ankle joint, where it hinges essentially. I can run through it but then it gets more sore later. Taping it seems to help. Does anyone know what is causing it and if there are any exercises I can do to prevent it or strengthen the area. Thanks.
