Morning.
Lyrics - How many of you people out there
Sounds like a tough day out OH. Hope you enjoyed the ceilidh.
Lovely morning here and a nice day forecast - unfortunately I have a full day of mandatory training training to 'look forward' to - and another tomorrow so very limited running opportunities. It wouldn't be so bad if it was something I was interested in.
What: short and easy
Why: work stops play
Last hard: staying awake and engaged for this course could be hard
Last rest: 14/6
If you think you can or you think you can't you're probably right.

Hope the training turns out to be more interesting than you think lmh (wishful thinking!)
Have a lovely day all

Any idea what's caused the niggles Alehouse? Only time for seven miles this morning and it's so nice out
Sounds like a good recovery OH.
Could it be the chlorine emzap?
Very difficult to get going sometimes in these busy races, isn't it WP. Just take the positives from it!
What: about 25 mins. Started with M74 but turned off.
Why: seems to be an issue around a hip flexor. Couldn't push off properly on the uphill and turning wasn't great. May have overstretched in the fitness suite. Who knows! Roller and spiky ball time.
Yes, pleasant out there LMH, and would have been perfect for a longer run.
Glad legs are not too bad, OH!
Lmh that's a good suggestion. I don't feel like I have a cold apart from the slightly blocked nose/sinus feeling.
Ale yes, looking forwards (if that's the right way to put it?!) To my specialist appointment tomorrow.
Oh that's even more impressive that you can do stairs!
I stated yesterday that I was retiring from marathons, only for RD and ex-colleague to point out that there would be a special award next year for everyone that had completed all 5 St Magnus Marathons!
Re dancing post race - no DOMs
oh glad no doms, my mates have terrible seized up legs from saturday, I have no problems! Oh sounds like you must do that marathon!!

emzap, that nose thing can happen in pregnancy too
Poppy well done in tough conditions!
alehouse, hope its just a niggle
lmh enjoy the short and easy
I didn't go do my 10k yesterday, after a very heavy day at hyde park and waking dehydrated and banging head, driving that early seemed a no no. Left later, ran at mums and had a lovely day with the family. My mum is so well, still achy back but driving again and looking great!
what: 1 mile this morning, 2 after work
why: time contraints
last hard: this morning ish
last rest: 31/12/16
Why were you planning to retire from marathons OH?
Hope the appointment tomorrow helps emzap.
The content isn't great but the trainer is very interesting and engaging - it's been a long day for me though and another the same tomorrow.
Sorry to hear about the mystery niggle Alehouse.
