Hi everyone,
It seems by now, most of you have got your kit. I know there are still one or two people waiting - hopefully it will all arrive in the next couple of days. At least one that I know of has arrived only today (Tuesday) which is pretty pi$$ poor seeing as they all went out first class on Thursday! Must have been leaves on the envelopes or wrong type of snow, or something...
Most of you seem to be happy with the fit, but it seems some of them have come up a bit big on a few people. I myself have been a victim of this in the past, twice on the same vest in fact!
Wasp have a sizing policy that is a little bit difficult to understand, but is based on the garment being cut slightly bigger than stated chest size to take into account of how they are normally worn. This increased allowance differs between the vests and the vestops which explains why I, for example, wear a 44" vest and a 40" vestop.
Unless you are very, very, very lucky and we have spares in the size below the one you ordered, I'm afraid the nature of how we get these things ordered means that we can't offer an immediate replacement. There are basically two options available. Return the unwanted garment to me (unworn and in the original plastic bag) and I will either send you a refund plus postage or can put you down for the new size when we make the next order (this helps build up minimum numbers for the next order to the suppliers as well). For those of you in this situation, please let me know what you want to do. Alternatively, you can speak to Wasp direct and see if you can come to any special arrangement with them. Contact details can be found on their website at www.wasp-sports.co.uk.
Happy running.

Thanks once again DW - superb.
I'm one of those whose vest is too big. If you happen to have a male 38 (which I doubt) I'll send you my 40 back. Or if there is anyone out there who'd like to swap their 38 for my 40, then I'll happily sort it with them direct.
If neither proves possible, then I'll stick with what I've got - a good bit of Xmas binge eating and it'll probably fit nice and snug
Let me know
Neil
I've checked on M38" vests mate and unfortunately there aren't any spares. If any of the people who had a M38" get in touch wanting to change theirs, I'll let you know or put them in touch with you.
I got into my 44" using the same strategy as you suggest (ie. eating!).

I'm thinking of snipping a couple of inches out of each shoulder strap.
MUCH better quality and finish than any running vest I've seen in the shops, and for once the armholes don't reach down to my hips. Wish I'd ordered a long-sleeved one as well.
Thanks, DW!
V-Rap,
All the vests seem to be generous - I know mine is!!! Haven't got any small-sized long sleeved tops left at the moment I'm afraid. Seems to be plenty of interest still though, so get your order in.
neilruns and others,
Next order is as soon as we reach the next minimum order. Maybe January if there is sufficient interest.

Will be wearing the top out for a test run tonight. (Along with scarf, long johns, hot water bottle, etc etc... Brrrrr!)
its a bit baggy uner the arm oles, but not a huge prob
Cheers M8
Got my long sleeved top this morning many thanks :-)
It is a little on the big size, I ordered bigger as vest is a little skimpy round the BTM. However as I will be wearing it over a wicking tee I don't see this as a problem.
Thanks again for all your hard work.
I recieved my short-sleeved vestop the other day.
THANK YOU. It is outstanding, fits perfectly (the sleeves come exactly down to my elbows!) and looks the business.
See you at a race some time, when I shall likely be wearing it!

Cheers DW, and Happy Christmas!!!
Not to worry - I'm sure it'll be fine and I'll be road-testing it at Windsor on Sunday.
To order the kit, go tohttp://www.urwfrc.org, register and then follow your nose around the Menus until you find the link to kit, and how to order it.
(Unusual name you have, but then I suppose that's a bit rich coming from a little piglet! :-)
(Sorry, a bit sensitive first thing in the mornin'!!)
When are the hats, shorts and jackets coming out? As if you aren't busy enough.
Cheers
Sarcy, whenever you take over as kit sec and organise them. ;-)
Looking forward to wearing it tomorrow . . thanks, you're a star.
