ALF: Always a little further Miles makes smiles. Progression
I,ll be wearing a red BHF teeshirt with white heart saying Fab Fit and Forty with Flora and I'll be red faced. Have already had one fit of nervous tears!
I'll be in a purple fwa shirt and will try and put my name on it. Don't worry, I am also bricking it...don't waste your energy on tears now, save them for the finish
I think it's going to take me 6 and a half hours. I will most definitely be walking some of it, I am going for a run/walk strategy. Was going to try and follow the penguin but think that's at 12 mile pace for 5 mins and I min walking. Sounds great, but think even 12 min mile is too fast for me. I am in pen 8..how about you?
Haven't been to exhibition yet, leaving Plymouth tomorrow at 6am! Boyfriend dumped me after 6 years last week so best friend meeting me in London to share romantic 5 star hotel!!!!!If you can give me your email address I'll email photo of me in kit with Lorraine Kelly. I'm expecting to do the same time so maybe we can meet up
It has gone through- have to come off the forum now- boys are off to Mum and Dad's so I can get an early start.Get in touch though- will check my emails later.
to mk peeza and all the mile 18 crowd, many thanks but today i have pulled out, i was due to travel to London, but still have the chesty cold, i would have wanted to run and it would be more difficult to decide. Once decision made slight anxiety over, and just been for a run with a friend in the rain 3 mile then jogged 2 mile home-- but followed FLM medical instructions if feeling unwell or recovering
have a wonderful party at mile 18, and make sure Runners World take lots of pictures- deserved an article/front page, i wish i could be there but... Love to all Wrexham ROB
Have spent the whole day chundering but am hoping that it's a 24 hour thing and I'll be down there for sunday. Am supporting Wolfy and Damo and anyone else who wants it.
Oh and Jeni...I'd stick with Lorraine Kelly, they're not worth it!!
GOOD LUCK TO ALL OUR RUNNERS ON SUNDAY!!!! And mega thanks to all the wonderful support crew. You are top peeps! From tomorrow morning, I won't be online (busy at expo), so if you don't have a supporter, just trust that we will be cheering you all on.
