this morning for breakfast I had lightly toasted, wafer thin slices of maize, sprinkled with pure crystalline sugar, bathed in a light sauce derived from natural sources

Morning
Well slept fantastically last night!Think the 7miles might have had something to do with it! Didn't mean to die in the corner last night but think it was one pace too far to move!
Hi TwinT, a pink and blue ) Lovely I have twin cousins, both pink flavour who are nearly 10. Funny really as one is a tom-boy and one is definately the girlie girl!
BB your kitchen is such a great place-well thought of!
BB, sorry to be demanding when you've provided so many goodies but don't you think some ice cream is called for? I've been scrounging through your freezer while you weren't looking and couldn't find any M&S Extra Creamy Rasberry Shortcake flavour.
Should I just add it to the Tesco list?
Tescos do do M&S, don't they?
Groceries aren't my strong suit.
Yes, TT, I think it would. Just my opinion, though, babies are just as much not my strong suit, I'm afraid.
OOPs sorry Ratty, I thought we'd go upmarket and have M&S or Waitrose at a pinch. Will put it on the list, in the meantime I picked up some mini feasts at Sainsburys, will that do for now?
Marinaded chicken breast, meditteranean coucous, jacket pots and green salad for tonight supper.
Garlic is fine for babies TT, Ratty spelling is not MY strong point:-))
Can I put in an advance order for a big bowl of pasta tomorrow night? (carb loading for my first 10k on Sunday).
Those parmesan toasts look great, but it's almost time for tea and biccies.
Can I suggest Lotus caramelised biscuits? (The nice individual ones you get in posh caff's)
Must come in here instead of watching carp tv tonight - much gin swilling last night by all accounts - would have been preferable to watching 'Mission to Mars' - can't believe I wasted 2 hours of my life watching it...
Comments
It's just a posh way of saying bean on toast ;o)
cornflakes
TD I hope those squirrels bite your nutella!!!!
Porridge and 'nana.
Any bacon butties on the go?

Did someone mention ouzo
Hi BB
<<pours a large g&t, purely for medicinal purposes>>
Think if I start now and take the drinks slowly right through to midnight, the hangover wont be quite so bad tomorrow! ;0)
Do tell those heathen men that the parmesan toasts are streets ahead of cheese on toast:-))

I agree-definately time for afternoon tea!
Well it is Friday and we should do something semi-civilised!
I'll put the washing out and bye then the scones should be ready.
You'd have to bunk in with litle A PPB, we've no spare bedrooms:-))
lmg, I'll make something big and pastaish tomorrow, MRBB is doing a half on Sunday. Good luck with your 10k
>>>brings in tray of flapjacks and banana cake to share<<<
I can't decide whether we are exceptionally clean or exceptionally dirty?
Scones are ready, more cheese and also some plain, jam on the side, not homemade, even domestic godsses cheat sometimes.
Yummy, flapjacks, thanks PPB.
