I'd be furious too, Slowboy. Paying £650 for a trip to Rome doesn't sound unreasonable, but it's the sneaky way the b*ggers hook you into the site with these "bargains" of which there was one once, it's been sold to an employee and they haven't got round to clearing the details off the screen yet.
It's like trying to buy a computer, or new windows. Makes me want to say "Stop pissing around and just tell me what it costs, dammit".
I do have two weight training sessions per week and was doing Pilates. I also try and 'hold' my self in during the day and when I run. I did read that if you tied a piece of string round your waist so that you had to hold your tummy in slighly to be comfortable, and left it on for a couple of hour every day you can lose inches from your waist.
I have a natural flat stomach so I'm just going back to normal after Christmas. Be fore you all start spitting at me I have a hugh bum and thighs :-)
Slowboy - we were in Paris last month and booked through Osprey Holidays. We had 3 nights in a city centre 3 star hotel for £320pp (including £60 odd flight supplement to fly from Inverness).
You can't book on-line, but they are very helpful over the phone.
I'm full of sandwiches now. Managed to sneak two packs out of the bag before the students got to them. And one pack was a triple. Hope they've settled by the time I go out running in about two hours.
Must fly - got to be elsewhere in about half an hour.
Right caught up . WW hope your mum is ok, you are having a time of it at the mo' poor love. Huugssss!!
I'm still feeling confident on the food front, just hope it's actually working. Brekkie...toast, Flora light and jam Lunch...pasta with low fat tomato sauce and goats cheese, and a salad.
At pre valentines day cofee morning had ONE choc. truffle and avoided the chocolate fondu and cakes....and really don't feel deprived.....oh and just had one malted milk biccie.
Having a day off excersise as legs can feel the stairs and have done some quite high intensity stuff this week.

I mentioned running the 1/2 on the Sunday and the Mrs did not seem thrilled, plus my olds will be over babysitting so I may need to be about to see them....we will see (Plus the chance of me staying sober enough to run a 1/2 on the Sunday are slim)

Just a pity about the large bag of mixed nuts and raisins I scoffed in between. 527 cals, 36.7g fat per 100g - bag size 200g.
Glass of water for tea, I think.
snack: apple
lunch: salad, low fat cottage cheese, turkey ham, one piece bread...
resisted: creamy mushroom tagliatelle (yum!)
apple crumble and custard (yum yum)
What do you think of 'The Professionals' for our team name. A play on your profession and Ivor, howard and I being in professions?

Blimey lamb you'll waste away - ahh I see that's the point. I had a lovely beef sarnie and now I shall finish it off with a cuppa soup - yum yum.

Hi BBB
Hi gang - haven't been well. Details are on my thread. Up and down you know. Still had chemo today and only one cycle left. How cool is that!
