Sorry to barge in chaps. Badge and Foxy- if you know of local races, i'm in striking range of both of you. Indeed the Forest of Dean has it's own jaunts too. We ought to start a regional branch of the club down here. Bragon Breath and George can't be far away either.
Barkles I know EXACTLY WHERE YOU LIVE, don't you worry. I'm def on for the Forest of Dean half as I mentioned in the other thread. Please let us know of any other forest jaunts. Are you on for Stroud maybe? Muji isn't too far away either (for Forest outings) and Oldbones would go if it didn't clash with his NY training. Perhaps we could have the Puzzle Wood 2?
Barkles - Stroud is last Sunday in October (haven't I just said all this on the other thread....) Email my badgermail. I will be going unless major partying opportunity takes precedence. I may have strange non-forum friend (strange as in absolutely honourable member of society who actually works when at work) with me - but if she realises that headmasters post too maybe she will look more kindly on my antics. We will be aiming to break 2 hrs for first time (we not very fast...)
Yes Yes Yes!!!! Or alternatively - Mr Badger could take on at least one cub I am sure. If you could rehome another for the afternoon + I have Stella Blue the Astra.....
