Missed you too Snoop. Yes I did, and I noticed they're planning on more bogs along the start, maybe I won't need to water the roses next time then. You doing it?
Ironbridge: What distance is it? Where can I get an application form? If I'm running in FLM next year, will it be sensible to run at Ironbridge so close to FLM?
I'm kind of new to all this running lark (well, I ran FLM last year, and loved it, but have only started running again in the last couple of months), and want to start doing more, and this seems like a good idea?
BTW, I used to live about, oh, one mile from Ironbridge and whoever said the uphill back into Madeley is "challenging" - I've nearly stopped laughing now....
Thanks - I was up in Telford this weekend, visiting the folks, and read through all the local papers - but couldn't find any mention of it. Must try harder (as my teachers used to say...).

You'll like it. Honestly.
Did you get a Paris pack from the organisers this week?
I just have memories of being exhausted and cold in that part of the world
But I wont have a rucksack on my back

Then it's London the following weekend, if I get in - just like this year!
You'll have to join us at the pre race party Sat eve, if you come down.
Nice to banter, but I have to go to bed - had a late one last night.
One day, I'll meet Murf on these threads, but clearly not this time.
Night night!
Being a newbie, I have a few questions please:

We are talking about the hill that has The Beacon and Abraham Darby at the top of it? I've walked it, and that was enough!
Since you're obviously still local (and I moved to London 6 years ago), do you have any idea where I can get an entry form from?
