I've just tried to pack everything I was hoping to take into my bum-bag and realised I need a suitcase! Personal stereo as boost for the second half of the course, mobile phone to keep in touch with spectators, plus all the energy bars and jelly babies. Will have to re-think tomorrow...

My number's 2120 if Steady's still around. Might see a few people on Sunday.

faj. going back a few days to thread 127, about being caught out whilst running, I am planning on taking an Immodium to prevent accidents. I have been caught out once on a long run before, quite embarassing, luckily I had my sister with me to be lookout.

Hi, again everyone

Am at home now, having had a nice walk and an afternoon nap. Right now I am listening to my most very favourite inspirational song. It's Beverly Knight "Greatest Day". If any of you have it, give it a listen. Even better, shove it up full blast and sing along! I'm feeling brilliantly positive and ready for it! Methinks I'll be playing this full blast on Sunday morning more than a few times (apologies in advance to the neighbours who might not appreciate it so much at 6 o'clock on a Sunday).

What other songs do people like to get them psyched up?
