I have looked everywhere - the lady at the gym has a basket full of lost goggs but mine weren't there. I can get some new ones but i had become quite attached to them.
I had a r*n tonight 25 51 for 5k.
And i did latest instalment of 100 pressup challenge - v hard but I am making progress.
You'd have been proud of me on Sunday. Huge flooded bit of path about 20 feet in length, ankle deep and I ran through it going 'wheeeeeee' . I got a round of applause from the two girls coming in the opposite direction
Muddy plodding maybe but I draw the line at grubby socks
Bedtime for me too. Let's hope I'm not fending off the monsters again tonight. Still, at least there's the Olympics to watch in the middle of the night. Monsters are scared of swimming on the telly, it's a well known fact.

x post, but that improved the gossip value GD
Oh, sorry, JB - although speaking personally, I'd be honoured if people interpreted it that way - given you're a forum hero and all
shame about your friend, GD

Evening virtual drinkers
Quiet day in publand.
All you lucky people off on your hols!
Hope you have a good time in Cornwall (JB) and God's Own Country (GD).
Sounds lovely JB - though I think GD is going to a much nicer place Unless it's really rainy you won't need your goggles for the plods.

Got a day off on Thursday, going to Argate

Morning! I'm pleased to report that 7 hours of nightmare free slumber was mine last night
Alas no sunshine in evidence here but it's Hump Day so I'll live with slightly overcast. The diving has finished now so I can leave for w*rk.
<limps into pub>
<settles on sofa & switches on Olympics>
<prods at hurty heel and curses hidden hole in grass verge>
<rushes over with emergency comfort blanket and glass of chilled Rose>
ouch! That's not good, TP.
