BB, the slow bit is 7 min/miling the fast bit is hard, we were doing 650m in 2:30.but tomorrow will be faster. you know where we are going to so you can hang on or keep your own time and see us on the track.
From where I was looking on Sunday there were some solid efforts being put in on the XC......and, rest assured, if anyone had taken a tumble over the cattle grid on the way in to the Lake I'd have been straight in there with some mouth to mouth.
I'm on holidays this week and was hoping to get some training in....but....I'm still ill so probably won't be training tonight either....boo hoo
Had a really good speed work session tonight - felt in control and did things to schedule. Thanks for your support boys it really helped. See u on presentation night.
PP You will do under 1.30 easy as long as its not windy;
come and do the Tregaron Half with FM an FL and use it as a training run for Llanelli,thats what i am doing, I am hoping for under 1.30 in llanelli as well
EY UP lads ran 10 mile today in 1hr 22 ran 1st 5mile in 44 then picked up the pace it felt good i think it is starting to come togetherLlanelli 1/2 sub 1.34

10 Mile run home done at just over 7min/mile. Felt quite good all the way.
I am aiming to get under 1:30 for llanelli half if i can. Think its do'able, but wont be easy.

PP, Tregaron half is on the 15th feb. Its the day after the Gwent league in Brecon.
I am free on the 15th, so may do this race. is it a hard one?

PP I have been told its fairly hilly,but it will be good training for Llanelli
Just done an undulating 8 miler at 7.15 pace ,pleased with that
hopefully a steady 11 miles on sunday
