I used to run past a field with a camel in it. It's dead now, which makes this post kinda pointless. The field opposite had wallabies & llamas in it, but judging by this thread they're two a penny.
KK - that wouldn't be the mummy camel and baby camel by the M5 would it? See they've lost their winter blankets now!!
No strange animals round here ..... a few feral chavs, the odd frisky heifer (??!) and a few buzzards (though none of the aforementioned have attacked yet!) ....
Dead rabbits, squirrels, badgers on a regular basis ..... infact, only ever seen one live badger ......
I saw a half naked man who was out running this morning - [un]fortunately just the top half was naked apart from some hefty tattoos! Thing is, it was relatively chilly this morning and raining - he was carrying his shirt though, just in case!
there used to be this old man who cycled around my village. He must have been in his 80's. He used to cycle around the village naked. The Parish Council thought that this wasn't becoming so asked him cover up so he then started cycling around wearing a pair of speedos. The Parish Council seemed happy with this

I once high-fived a 7ft tall squirrel at the 20 mile mark during the Paris marathon.
It wasn't a real squirrel mind, just a French bloke in a costume, but not the sort of thing that happens every day.

Having never seen a live snake in the wild before, I've seen an adder and a grass snake this summer.
But that's not terribly weird.
You can hear them at night when the wind is in the right direction Cathy. Very exotic.
Farnie, did you get his autograph? I used to like the llama farmers
'What the hells that coming down the path with 4 million watts of light ?'
'Dunno but lets run out in front of it to get a better look'
