The front foot&toes running technique is a superior running technique. For the vast majority of people it will increase there running ability in all regards. It is not however a magic wand and willpower is still the most essential component to improvement. People will improve based upon there own personal endeavours.
Whether that is applicable to you goldbeetle only you can decide.
well, given that no-one has found any trace of your "own personal endeavours" having resulted in any kind of success (or even participation) as a runner, one has to conclude that it isn't applicable to you Ricky.....
It's amazing. He seems to let the abuse just wash over him. Is he so thick skinned that he doesn't realise we're poking fun at him? Or maybe he's one of those quiet types who takes the abuse for years then suddenly takes his revenge by rampaging through the forum with an automatic weapon, mowing down forumites...
