Too late now, but I'd reckon 2 or 3 mins in my case. It depends though on your pace. Say about +3 to +5%, to include the fact that it's not all on road.

Yes, I estimated 1:15. although my last 10 miler was last year at guy fawkes 10 which got my 1:25, but I have got quicker since then.
How did you get on? 1:18:08 for me which got me a pb by a good 8 mins!
