Afternoon all

I thought I'd better let you know that I've just had my week holiday in the South of England at the start of next June confirmed by my hosts Enduroman.

Thank you to all contributors, whether through generosity or sadism, it is much appreciated, probably more appreciated if it was generosity

For the next 6 days my posts will be brought to you in association with GOM, wonder who's next...

Off now to prepare myself and find kit/food for the forthcoming triple next weekend, gee, that was a good idea eh?

the triple will be a bit of a warm up event for you................a bit like a 10k warm up for a marathon.......so pleased you are in Symes.its going to be a great week........

I agree, although there is something of the Groundhog day feeling about this event. They need to play "I got you Babe" every day at the start.

BB - I reckon early October, get the triple and Vit relay and JW out of the way and I'm all yours, and 49 others too, maybe set up an online poll each week for people to vote on their favourite sessions for me to do, although I'm looking forward to Oxy's version most of all

You could always invite the weeks sponsor to train with you or atleast match some of your sessions if they are too far away to actually join you.
