As Knight Rider missed out on the Asics 6, I reckon there's a good chance eel get this one. If he does I'll dance the conger round the room. It'll be crab if he doesn't. Having said that, I know cockle about the selection process and thought the Asics process smelt rotten.

Think that'll do for starters. Which fabulous after show party is everyone going to?
Just realised I forgot to book whoeveritis to give us a running commentary on what everyone is wearing to the awards ceremony. You'll have to describe your own dresses/attire for the awards. Sorry.
Still in this morning's sweaty fuscia pink running gear, having had my elbows out in Tescos and still unpacking an hour later. Setting off the ensemble is hat squashed hair and faintly soggy socks
Ooooh. I'd kind-of-but-not-really forgotten this was today. Well, not forgotten, but it's crept up on me that fast I'd lost track of time. I've been a lazy arse, mainly concentrating on getting to work, ministering to the chronically lurgified, and somehow slithering back home again. Roads around here are terrible and I've had loads of stuff to do, so no running for me. Saving meself, I am, for the start of marathon training
Haha Debbo I thought that might happen....at least they've gone straight for the end of Jan now rather than postponing it three times! I might look into it then now See if I can persuade the father into doing it too, he was placed ninth in his age group at the Pud run - no chance I'll beat him but I'm hoping I can keep pushing him cos he's doing well
I don't think the organising committee are setting a very good example to our aspiring uber athletes you should all be running, planning your running, or recovering from running, not talking about alcohol I bet it's not like this on the proper super six threads
Pink fluffy socks and a thermal top, it's quite a look.
This presumably will be the figure hugging, off the shoulder Christian Lacroix couture top, complemented by the cerise leggings and Manolo Blahnik boots?

Hours almost up... I'm excited and haven't even entered! (Not that I'm trying to mussel in on the action)

It's alright, I'm going now...
Me neither and the three of us have no influence over who gets picked.
I for one, however, am open to bribery
Okay, seriously, e-mail nattering scheduled for half three, will post up results as soon as we know them

*lurks eagerly for announcementing*
of course I"m double booked that day now for racing - have to decide whether I fancy a local 10k or the Helsby half
Happily lost time is being made up for.this year
actually I don't know what is happening on the proper super six threads, apart from waiting for the coaches to appear - a bit like here then!
Um.... well I know what's happening on Bridget's........
We've decided if a Bud doesn't appear soon, then she'll just have to train on Stella. Sound advice, I think
Would you please get on with it? I can go home pretty much any time I want, but I want to find out.....
Anyway - happy Christmas everyone!
