Ooh, you lucky thing ... I rarely venture into Primark as I can't stand the queues, but I did buy a dress from there once and I've never been so complimented on a dress before ... and it was only about a tenner too.
Just got a gorgeous sleeveless linen dress from Next Online ... can't wait to wear it - hopefully soon judging by the weather.
And do you think since I've sore muscles but no compression tights that Super Skinny jeans will do the job as well as?

First sports massage in a long time last night and pleased to say legs feel goooood, can't say the same for my two black toenails though !
As for GeeGees.....i'll go for MAJESTIC CONCORDE!! Coz it was!!!!! (miss seeing it, and now i'll never get the chance to go on it)
Seeing Concorde in formation with the Red Arrows, was an image i shall never forget. *sighs* (we used to live near Brands Hatch, and they would fly over our house on Grand Prix day)
As for training.....i'm doing some serious taper training today......sunlounger out.....music on.....and cold beer, and pretzels await!!!!!

500 miles alison thats really good going, i had a runnign plan but i think i recycled the first sheet once i completed it so ive no idea how far ive done, but i dont think it a be 500. Really good going that.
