BB (((hug))) hope everything goes ok and if you feel like popping in anyway and get us all to be silly for you please fell free. Live happens and there are more inportant things than IM's
I hope you have a speedy recovery and get back to working towards any of your dreams. I'm sure we'll see you in some sort of official capacity at Outlaw.
BB..... Wishing you all the luck in the world and keep fighting and I'm sure we will see you at Outlaw in some capacity , if not next year in 2013. All the best wishes to you and your family in the coming new year. (((((((((hugs)))))))
Somehow ended up signing up for the Marshman in May so now have two trips back to the UK to pay for. I have never raced in water below 21C so I'll probably be the one who comes out of the water blue, though given that the "pond" is next to a nuclear power plant I may be glowing green
Good luck with the treatment BB,Come back stronger and fighting fit. Can someone come round to mine and remove all the chocolate please,I wont need a bike i will be able to roll around the outlaw if I'm not careful.
Just give us an address and I will resolve the problem. Surprised you haven't been warned about me yet.
Happy New Year Everyone. 6 mile plod for me this morning, was planning on more but sleep got in the way.Bloody pouring rain made sure it was a nice cold run to start the year off.

Ha, ha, Gone from 13 stone 2 to 13 stone 8.5 since Xmas Eve. And that's with a 100 miles of turbo and 15 miles of running in the last week. Oh, & 2.5K in the pool.
Think I might need to stop putting it in at quite such a rate at the front end as well.
Think I might have to dig out the XC shoes as well.

if it's any consolation, I went through that in 2006 and have come back fine since. just keep a positive mental attitude and you'll be a winner....
Have a great Christmas weekend BB and best of luck with getting through the weeks that follow. Lanza 2013 will be worth waiting for!
