Why: Need an off joints day to recover from yesterday which was my longest run since return from injury. Also I think spinning is good leg and cv conditioning.

Public hygiene complaint (2): I know this came up a few weeks ago but can't believe: - people go in the pool without having a shower first. - people go from the gym into the sauna without having a shower first. - what incident necessitated the sauna sign saying 'No shaving in the sauna.'??

afraid to say that I didnt make it to the running club, i had a splitting headache, was feeling really ill and husband was late home. We even had a built in baby sitter in the shape of my dad.
going to try again next week, but will have to make complicated childcare arrangements.
I would go on my own but running is the only sport that my husband enjoys so i would like to get him involved in something.
Archiles I know your problem with spelling, but even with a spell checker and me double and tripple checking a typospelling mistake still appears whenever my boss reads a document. Why is that?
