Bloody hell... Last year was the week after I did Manchester Marathon and this year week after I do Blackpool Marathon. Was hoping to be fresher this year to do myself justice.
I usually have the kids on Saturday so looking like the Sunday for me. Will see which day is best with Mrs and get back to you.

Ive been rubbish and hiding in a world of work, training and the odd bit of fun so missed the forum for a few weeks now
I may have some space available for the odd tent if anyone is struggling with camping and althoug i am around 12m from HQ i will be commuting each day and socialising etc so let me know if anyone needs a space in the field.
On another note i did talk about sorting the 'official race t-shirts and will probably still be able to sort these in time but obviously need to know if anyone is interested etc so i can put in an order.... so can you indicate next your name on the list:

If there enough marshalling on sunday i might be up for doing the half again and have fun chasing SA down on the bike
will probably be 3 for saturday meal as well .will confirm closer to the time
Middle son might well marshall after he has had enough sleep to recover from a hockey tour in Italy
