i will be there on friday too so hopefully see you guys.
if you turn the wetsuit inside out, it will be dry in a couple of hours usually.
heard a very strange, kind of clicking noise on the bike today, unfortunately almost constantly, so i have to check that tomorrow too. ahhh, there is always something...
whilst its great to lap up teh atmosphere in the town and do last minute practices.....
try to remember to stay off your feet on friday and saturday as much as you can.no going for long coastal walks.or visiting castles with hundreds of steps or playing football all afternoon with the kids.......
if you can sit down whether thats at a briefing or campsite....give those legs a rest
Just contemplating when to make my sandwiches, peanut butter & sweet chilli sauce for the bike & a few rounds of cheese & marmite for T2. Pretty rock & roll eh.
Oh and just in case anyone was losing any sleep over the 'protest' about Pembrokeshire Social Services planned for Sunday, sleep easy people, PC Plod has visited said loony.

wet wetsuits are cold and are harder to pull onto the correct position
I never do a practise swim... you should know how to swim by now...
i think i will do the swim on the sat - i have only swam in the sea once with a wet suit and that was last yr
I am yet to even swim in the sea at all!!! this is going to be my first ever sea swim!! :O
I was planning on doing my own sea swim on saturday... but I'm not sure if I should as I:
1) don't want to tire myself out
2)won't get any faster anyway
3) get my wetsuit wet to make i difficult for a good fitted position on sunday..
What does everyone recommend?
Wetsuit had nearly 24 hours to dry, so hung up inside out shouldn't be a problem

Wishing I still was there too... Pulled out after one lap of the swim, just couldn't cope with the rough sea. Not proud of myself.
