Hi SuperCaz,
Grinding out the miles at the moment - makes me realise why my previous ones have been Autumn marathons so I can train in the "summer" (so it's only wet and miserable rather than freezing, slippery, windy, wet and miserable).
Grinning and bearing it now but looking forward to a lovely warm day in April!

Another first timer here.
This sounds brilliant, can you please add me to the runners list?
Training is going well so far, running four times a week and up to 12 miles on my weekly long run. Did a very chilly and very hilly 10K at Longleat yesterday
Training is going well so far but my plan says 68 miles for this week which will be my second biggest training week ever!!

Another first timer.
Training going well so far, up to 11 miles in the long run and did a 5 mile race in under 43 minutes recently, so all good for the sub4:30 first-timer goal I have in mind. (Although I'm now toying with stepping up to sub4:00 but let's see ... )

Hi Everyone, I'm running this year and its my first London marathon, I'm also doing Paris. Currently on the sick bench with a bad cough so not feeling too great but training has been going ok. Can I ask where everyone is staying? I'm thinking of booking near Waterloo but slightly worried about getting to the start form there.
Not a clue about where to stay I think people stay all over the lace and rely on public transport to get them to the start
Someone else will have to do the list the new version of IE takes the list and turns it into a paragraph
