    OK everyone. Despite my intense counter-espionage and code-breaking training, I seem unable to crack the mystery of updating the list (is there a way, apart from retyping?), so could someone possbly include me as running (1317), and drinking (2 pints of Guiness and a packet of crisps, please).     Guess meeting point had better be by the NIke van.
    I will be in disguise (ie have a hat on) so you won't necessarily be able to look out for the pink hair!!

    Going to drop out of this now I'm afraid. Just decided am running pretty well, so want to focus on road races where I can get rid of a few very old pb's. Shame as I'm in Basingstoke this weekend. Have fun y'all. Oh and by the way, well done Saturday spans- saw your name in the results section of some other running magazine am not going to mention!
