510 finishers tonight...not bad for a Thursday evening! And a real quality field with 6 runners under 15 mins and 159 under 20 mins, and 6 of those 159 were over 60!
Sunny, calm...and sadly rammed with tourists. So a lot of running down the middle to avoid them. 6 miles at lunchtime including up and down a sodding great hill...loved it. 510 miles YTD
Jools - quickly back to it! 10x3min reps today, nice to be (relatively) rattling along again. A few sessions prior to Gosport is probably a good idea. 201 for month (abo affected total), 510 required for 3000 for the year.
Just had a quick flick through the photos. The website is fixed so that you can't right click to get the URL for each photo. Ones of myself, Josie and DM are numbers 176, 508, 509, 510, 937, 950 and 959 out of 1156!!

Just been looking at the results from sunday's race (Redhill Road Runner's website) - it says there were 510 finishers. Being a bit new to all this, do you know how many started the race (or registered to run it), and if there was a cut off time in which you stopped the clock?. Thanks.
