Its the same guy who wore a thong on the bike leg at Ironman France this year, he was in my wave at the Vit and I cycled most of the French bike course with him, I had to pull in front most of the way because his ass and nads were putting me off my gels

I managed to leave half my kit in the showers at the sports center,  thanks for Mrs Funkin for rescuing my monaco but it didnt dawn on me that I hadnt got the rest,  I need to phone tomorrow and see what has been left over the weekend as they generally 'leave everything in there'.   Lets hope noone wanted a sweaty pair of linebreaks.

Great to see so many old and new friends over the weekend, and am so pleased we had the motorhome

Had a poor swim for me, bike went ok, and the best run i have ever done on an Im or HIM, so amreally pleased with the overall result of that!

Everyone enjoy the rest of your weekend, I am now off to drink red wine and make a pork pie!

The porn star in that picture is IronChamp of TT fame.  indeed, he is a character!!!  normally races in the traditional speedo's so this is actually an improvement!

My race was a bit weird (and the shortest one I've ever done).  Second half DNF due to dodgy calf and cold water.  I'm going to stick to hot tris from now on I think.  Or duathlons.  Still, I got a lift to shore in a kayak.  Leg today has a sore lump where it went ping so will have to get it checked out.

Big apologies to flyaway - I didn't intend to not join you for the tea and cake party.  Next time...
