Very angry today! Can I slap testestoron?? I also wanted to beat the man on bus who was smoking. It's ok he stopped smoking, if looks could kill he would be dead. And breath. This is why I run because it makes me less angry!!!

You should of seen the e-mail I got sent. Snotty doesn't even over it! I'm taking my time replying. It's best not to type in anger. I thought you had to be educated to be a faculty dean. Can we put the e-mail sender in the slap club?

Anyone involved in my latest hospital referral fiasco deserves a good slap:
31 March: visit GP. He tells me that he will refer me to hospital specialist.
8 May: not heard anything. Drop in to GP's reception. Ask them to check that the referral was sent. Apparently it wasn't.
15 May: Receive "Choose and book" letter. How many choices? One.
Log on to Choose and book website. Enter details. It tells me that no appointments are available. Try calling 0845 xxxxxx.
Call 0845 xxxxxx. After going round in circles for 10 minutes I'm informed that this hospital department doesn't do choose and book. They will send the hospital a letter. If I don't hear anything in 2 weeks, contact my GP.
This one could run and run. Unlike me. I can't run and run. That's the problem.
I'd like to suggest a mission statement for NHS admin:
"Working towards competence".
idiots like the guy who was running along the main road leading to the local station at 8 a.m., peak busy time.
A touch harsh you think? The pavement was full of commuters walking to the station, so the fool was running along the road, with the traffic not against it mind you, oblivious to the heavy traffic heading to the station. So oblivious that he ran right in to my wing mirror and knocked the casing right off it (I was not moving at the time). When I pointed out to him that he should be running against the traffic not with it, he looked at me as if I were speaking Sanskrit.
On second thought I don't want to slap him, I want to remove him from the gene pool entirely.
Slo sounds like they are going to remove themself's from the gene pool fairly quickly. D0 so wine removes stress? well I never.
'More Than' the insurance company, dont use 'em they are crap, mentally slappling hard with a cricket bat, they weazel out of thier responsibilities and leave you on hold for hours and you cant even speak to thier complaints dept as they 'dont give out that number', yeh probably coz it would be overwhelmed in 5 seconds with angry customers.
