R4L in edinburgh - shuffling up that stupid hill again.... they need to find a new route nowhere near Arthur's Seat.
The paramedic van at the top always makes me giggle - although this year i may end up in it... I have put on a sh!!t load of weight and i really need to stop now - both my mum and dad are really heavy and i dont want that for myself.
They have also started Puppy Walking for Guide Dogs. They are now on their third pup. The first one is Guiding in North Sheilds, the second is just about to go up to advanced training in the Forfar centre, the third is a gorgeous black lab pup and she is 7 weeks today - SO CUTE!!!!!!!!! i think i maybe in love...
I was thinking about killing two birds with one stone. Was thinking about starting to plod again and maybe do a plod of reasonable size to raise funds... we will see..
I wil get round to reading up but i take it you guys are all well.
Had nightmare on Tuesday evening following op in the morning, trying to get pain relief sorted. They finally gave me morphine so I could get some sleep. Home yesterday afternoon with a shedload of painkillers and I've found the magic combination that controls pain but also wipes me out. At that point I go back to bed! Things should definitely be improving from tomorrow I think. Been more stable today wrt pain.
Xray on Monday to check it's not dislocated again (I think I'd be able to tell them) then plaster off and stitches out following Monday. After that, it's into a brace and they gradually allow me a greater range of movement, presumably until they remove it. The brace, not the arm. Seems that straightening the arm more dangerous than bending. So just need to be careful when putting beer down.

it's harder to spot a TOTP now that
a) it's every 20 not every 10
b) I don't live on here full time
soap opera?
not noticed that
