Not heard of that one mate but I'm sure it will belovely go for it.

I'm feeling wrung sideways. Blouse has big stressful job stuff going on, basically he has a new temp contract that's somewhere he really wants to work. It's good but it's still not permanent. I wish we could find a safe harbour. I wish I could sleep.

I'm drinking coffee and trying to beat the I don't wanna go outside demon.

I want to go for my first post asthma treatment run. I know this will be the hardest one in terms of motivation but if I don't wobble and wheeze round the first few I'll never get to run again ... there's only one way forward now for dog sake GET OUT OF THE WAY DEMON!
