Thanks Lee - just 2lb to go. That'd be a BMI of 22.

But I go on a little holiday in a week, so if I don't make it by then I think I'll call it a day. Been at this diet lark since 6th October and lost 3 stone, so I'm heartily sick of it now and need to buy some new clothes. But I'm pretty happy with the weight loss rate I've managed. 

I probably need to start thinking how to maintain this weight over summer. Hopefuly triaffloning will help.

I think I will need to put a pass in for my weight. Entry in to hospital - 72kg. Now no training and no control over food so will just need to see what happens once they allow me out.......

 Sorry, was on a cocktail of meds last month all of which conspired to add on weight and made me feel pretty crup.  I've finally finished taking them and was away last week, so couldn't start back at the beginning of April - is it too late to regain my sausage status?  (certainly looks like it according to the mirror)  Also, hoping to start training today after 5 month layoff. . .

Back up a little but I now have a target for race season, needs to be ridiculously unachievable to make me feel guilty enough to give it a try, so at 73.5kg now, I want 70kg, or 11st or 154 lbs !

Obviously without losing power, giving up chocolate or the beer. Game on.
