Yep - me too! Except my nerves are up and down like a rollercoaster.
I know what you mean andrew price 3 went out for a steady 10m this afternoon all the way round could not think of anything but target 26.2

... but when I was out running this afternoon I did feel like one of the luckiest people around

I have no idea what happened above, was trying to post a picture of the run this morning.
Needed to get away from checking e-mails and the forum.
Going back a day or two the hydration chat I missed, did we ever establish how to best replace lost salts? Bulk buying powerade when on half price at tesco drives my wife mad so a more effective and cheaper solution would be very much appreciated
5am alarm set for the morrow, going to try start the week of with a cheeky 10miles...
That'll get you a 5 pack of jam doughnuts at my place with about 150kcal in the bank.

Just had a nice chicken roast with 80% fresh veg with10% chicken and 10% roast potatoes, i would imagine this is better?

Indy all your talk about donuts has made me wish I'd bought some for tomorrow morning. I'll have to make it a half mile training run to the bakery and back early tomorrow morning

Reg they are a little snug, aren't they?? Plus the head hole is very small... either that or my head has a particularly large circumference...

Tony, that's amazing! I've done 5 in 5 minutes so at my current dp (doughnut pace) I reckon with a bit more training I could take that record on, maybe if I don't win this I'll see if Krispy Kreme do a target dozen training program?
