1 mile swim 7am this morn, Tough as i got stinking head cold nose blocked hard to breath underwater but hey what the hell go hard or go home, i got it done!
Swimming with a cold is harder but of course isn't helped by all those people who insist on swimming with a cold and blow all their smotty mucus into the pool to make all the rest of us sick, lol
Short run for me last night, another run tonight, then tomorrow and also on Friday as i'm away for the weekend so bumping up my weekend run to Friday
I have got to get ny arse back in gear Slowvember has resulted in me growing a nice gut and feeling unfit on the plus side all mt niggles have gone and i feel nice and rested and raring to go come December
I'll have you know Mr Cat that I have done a track session with Mr Steve Trew .... I am still recovering
Todays plans involved waiting around for something that never happened so I wasted the day, I then had to go and sort the 'orse, get a new headlight bulb for the Renault Shed and 'pop' to the post office which is never a quick thing to try and do !
Dont mention bloody cheese eating surrender monkey constructed Renaults over 2 years every electric window on my scenic has died at £150+ a pop i am not a happy bunny
PT sessions this morning. Improvements are massive but frustratingly no weight loss for a couple of weeks. Happily it's bugging the PT more than me (off to buy new clothes today cos the others are way too big).
HC even you should know that weightloss is not an indication that things are not working, you will be changing shape tho, dont lose heart - just buy clothes
Cr@ppy swim and 25km on the bike wheezing up hills and gasping down them completed yesterday and a 1.25 hour run through a misty forest this morning coupled with the turbo session, 40 min run and coached swim already this week my sock is looking a little fuller.
To complete my week I did another couple of hours on the Bike on Sat and 1:40 run today. now rounding the weekend of with a huge roast dinner and a bottle of claret or two, just for the sake of universal balance. Day off tomorrow, maybe!
I did...Fri =brick reps ,Sat=parkrun and today tri club brick session. today was the first time I have done a tri club session other than the swim squad. I can safely say, I really enjoyed it, especially as I am a bit funny who I let coach me.

Some lovely hills better for running up and down than for a bike that's to much like hard work.
7 lovely miles running in the woods before w*rk
Beautiful colours out there at the moment
Frigging hills where you live! I'd need my asthma inhaler just to get to the end of the street! Lol
a nice wintery 7 mile run today, just to try out the new HH top, it works a treat
Track session tonight, faster than usual and 7.5 miles in total.
7.5 miles on a track?! Is that normal??
7 miles seems to be the optimum for a Tuesday !!
Small turbo after yesterday's massage.
Tomorrow will be track. I'd say 7-8 miles is normal for track session. Good effort everyone.
Goes to show how much I know about track sessions

Good effort TB. Always hard to breathe underwater!
Other than on TV have you ever seen one?
2x1200 & 4x800 this morning on the track. 12.27km all in (7.6mi in old money)!
TB I also struggle to breathe underwater I know how you feel, I seem to have an ongoing cold and swimming is tougher when I'm bunged up
Im jumping on the 7 mile squad with a 7miles cross country league race this arvo, well I think it's 10k but I'll do at least a mile warmup.
glad there's no snow or ice about.......................yet

Man flu for god sake time you need to be in a isolation ward so the rest of use don't get it.

'even you' sounded a little condescending ... it wasnt meant to be

Blimey Duda, packing it in. Core, spin, run, swim yesterday, lovely little marathon and yoga today. Cider is now completing the yin/yan business.
Good work KateF.

Nice 6 mile off road run for me today before work and will a little negative split thrown in for good measure
Hopefully a quick bike-horse-bike brick tomorrow afternoon
.... spoke to soon
May have to stay on til 4am
RP, what are brick reps?
M...eldy Damn....
Melody, nice twist on the usual brick session with an equine element.
Busy busy Duda.
Friday was long run. House stuff meant yesterday was a turbo sesh; Local Hero. Today was a tempo run, 2x2mi.
Brick is a swim/bike or bike/run (or even run/bike or swim/run) session. Multiples of them can be good fun.
Good sessions RP, KateF and Meldy!
