There was a thread in General about happy ladies, and it all became rather...suggestive. Some of the nicest chaps were involved, too. I had to retreat, as it was all too much for my delicate sensibilities.
WELL, it was holding breath in a tank of water. They had to do 2hours 30 I think. Judges imposed a minimum of 15 seconds rest in between and they also had to take 2 lots of 15 mins breaks to prevent hyperventilation.
Quadrathletes team complained about timekeeping as they didn't see how they could be in 3rd place.
Dixon can control his heart rate down to about 32bpm (!) so he must have been some kind of Yogi. (sadly no pic-a-nic basket)
Wilko did well, but Dixon edged him out with some clever timing on his last dive.
